Taking a great event and improving on it is always an exciting challenge. At Precise we love a challenge; so when Xpo North asked us to provide all of the Audio Visual requirements at three venues we jumped at the chance!
Taking a fresh view enables us to provide better solutions for all our usual activities such as Audio Visual equipment, concept development and show production.
Our approach involved a review of the event in previous years which enabled us to add value by designing stage sets best suited to each venue. It’s all these little extras that keeps our clients happy and give us a real buzz.
The Precise team had one day to set up three venues with full conference sets, lighting, HD projection and sound. The Town House, Mercure Hotel and the Ironworks in Inverness were all transformed in to conference venues. Our team of five technicians were responsible for making sure all of the presentations ran smoothly during the two day conference.
